There are two copyright versions, 1976 and a 2nd printing revisied Edition, Dec. 1988. I have the second edition, 1988 paper back version. Five and 3/4 inches wide by Seven and 1/4 long. I am not sure what version this used copy is. However this book is fantistic! Chock full of information, 358 pages of history, stories, images and starting with descriptions of the homes and snowden family in Maryland and their descendants. William G. Cook the author shows the descendants of Richard Snowden the "Youngest" and his wife Elizabeth Thomas links to Royalty through Elizabeth Thomas. The best are the transcrips and notes from Monthly Meetings of the "Friends" or "Quakers". Notes of My copy will be willed to my descendants when I die that is how nice this book is. This would be a great birthday present!
